All orders are shipped in bulk to the gym unless otherwise specified. Distribution of rings will occur at your gym at a time scheduled and announced by your gym. Please contact your gym office for specific distribution information.

RETURN AND CHANGE ORDER POLICY

This Return and Change Order Policy (the “Return Policy”) applies to the purchase, return and changes to orders that have been submitted for Pinnacle Rings from Herff Jones, LLC (“Herff Jones”).

Upon your submission of an order for the purchase of any such product, you assent to Herff Jones’ Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and this Return Policy.

PINNACLE RINGS All sales of rings are final due to the high volume of rings and the ring production cycle. Once an order to purchase a ring has been submitted, no corrections, changes, or alterations can be made without the authorization of the gym. Requests of this nature should be directed to pinnaclecustomers@herffjones.com. Once you submit an order to purchase a ring:

  • The order will be processed and submitted directly to a gym for inclusion in the gym’s bulk order or in some cases shipped to individuals.
  • Each gym is responsible for distributing his or her rings to their members.
  • An email with change information is accepted for any changes/cancellations during the active store. pinnaclecustomers@herffjones.com
  • There is a 72 hour window after the store closes for any changes/cancellations. That request is also submitted by email to: pinnaclecustomers@herffjones.com
  • Production is 8 - 10 weeks from the time the Gym Ring Store closes.

Please note: production of a gym’s bulk order of rings will not begin until the sales window is closed and the individual gym has met the minimum quantity of rings required for bulk ordering.

GENERAL PROVISIONS Any and all disputes arising out of, under, or in connection with this Return Policy (including without limitation, its validity, interpretation, performance, or breach) will be adjudicated exclusively in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana located in Indianapolis, Indiana or the state courts located in (or having jurisdiction over) Marion County, State of Indiana. You expressly consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over you. You expressly waive any claim of forum non conveniens. You agree to reimburse Herff Jones for its reasonable legal and professional fees and expenses of instituting or defending a lawsuit against or by you. This Return Policy and its validity and effect will be interpreted under and governed by the substantive laws of the State of Indiana without regard to principles of conflicts of laws or statutes.

WARRANTY Herff Jones Limited Lifetime Warranty

Herff Jones fully warrants the ring and simulated gemstone to be free from defects in workmanship and/or material at the time of delivery. If your Pinnacle ring cannot be repaired or replaced under these terms, a refund will be allowed. In addition, the following services will be performed at NO CHARGE: resizing; replacement of broken or defective simulated stones; restore original finish of ring; clean and polish.

There is a $30 refurbishing fee. The customer is responsible for shipping to the plant; the plant will cover shipping costs back to the customer.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights; You may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. To make a claim under this warranty, contact your local Herff Jones Sales Representative or Herff Jones Warranty Services who will process your request.

Please note: Not all services are provided for all schools; championship orders, military academy orders or college rings purchased prior to July 1, 1983 must contact our Warranty Services Department prior to warranty submission; genuine stones and diamonds are not covered under this warranty; this warranty is void if work is performed on your ring by someone other than Herff Jones; damages resulting from improper handling, lack of care, or normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty.

Lost Ring Program (LRP)

If your Herff Jones Pinnacle ring is lost or stolen, we'll help you obtain a duplicate ring at a reduced price adjusted to reflect current precious metal prices. This program covers your original ring and may be used one time for college rings purchased on or after January 1, 2014. The LRP is in effect for five (5) years from the date of purchase. Genuine stones and diamonds are not covered by this warranty. Other terms and conditions may apply.
